Postpartum Mothers Group beginning

Every Weds 10:30 - 11:00 AM, just drop in for baby weight check - FREE
Mothers need support and information as they are making complex decisions that will affect themselves and their families. Join us for an 7-week postpartum group. This is an opportunity to make new friends and get some support in your role as a mother. Facilitated by Lori J. Isenstadt, you will share your pregnancy and birth experience, including how you made decisions about your birth and how you chose your Doctor or Midwife.We will discuss and share your experience as a new mother, changing relationships with family members and friends, and your postpartum experience. By sharing, we put into perspective our own experiences and gain a greater understanding of choices others have made.
This group will meet for 90 minutes, once a week for 7 weeks. The fee is $80.00. You can pay with cash, credit card or check. Group size is limited to 10 mothers. Lori Isenstadt who is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Childbirth Educator and a Certified Birth Doula will facilitate this group.
